How to Use:

Moringa powder is a food that can be mixed with flour/aata, daal, fruits or vegetable salads, and smoothies. It can also be mixed in curd, yogurt, kefir, or milk or can be just taken by mixing in water.

Moringa powder should be consumed after food or with food.

Dose:

If it's your first time then start with 1/4 (1gm) or 1/2 tsp (2.5gm) for a week. After a week increase the dose to 1/2 (2.5 gm) or 1 teaspoon (5 gram). This dose should be taken two times a day (in the morning with or after breakfast and in the evening with or after dinner)

Worth it

My aunt was suffering from gastritis for several years which she use to have pain after having food but with no hard and fast rule I gave her this Moringa powder to take it after every dinner with warm water and just 1/2 teaspoon and after that there is a drastic improvement in her digestive health within just a few days of usage. Product is good but shipping service is very bad

I ordered Organic Moringa Powder which is very good. I had a lots of problem getting this product through Blue Dart. My parcel came from Bombay to Surat in 8-9 hrs but delivering to my home took 7 days with 5 fake attempts. Company should consider different shipping company.
