What impressed me most is how she explains everything so clearly - from what might be triggering your skin issues to how your diet and daily habits play a role. She even shares what foods to avoid and what can help naturally, which I found super helpful.

I am 40 years old female with dry, sensitive and acne prone skin and most of the time inflamed🥹randomly i came across this site and suddenly it became boon for me🤗 its been twice that i consulted Dr Rashmi mam via video call and trust me i have never seen such a genuine lady with pure heart🫶🏻
