Refund policy

All the products of We Herbal are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

We only allow return or exchange if you receive a damaged or defective product. 

If, by any chance you receive a damaged or defective product, only then do we consider the same for return or exchange of the product. You can notify delivery employees as soon as possible at the time of delivery when you open the package and file a complaint with customer service at weherbalindia@gmail.com

Our policy lasts only up to 3 days.

Unfortunately, if you fail to inform us within 3 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You can only request for a return or exchange if the product is damaged, defective, wrong or expired, you can request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will dispatch a new product within 24 hours.
