How to use:-

Start with 1/2 tsp for a week. After one week increase the dose to 1 teaspoon . These dose should be taken two times in a day . In the morning after breakfast and in the evening after your dinner by mixing in lukewarm water.


Note-
  • It can taste like mud but don't worry about the quality because this is the real taste of Bhumi amla powder and yes this is an herbal product (especially for the liver) so is not going to be tasty.
  • This product is not recommended for serious medical conditions or pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Quality not good

Quality is not that good & price is on higher side. Is it such an expensive item. There is dust in the powder. It shows that before powdering raw material has not been washed & cleaned properly. My wife has refused taking it as when you dissolve the same in a cup of water you can see small particles of dust in it. You need to improve the quality.
